  They do not honor thier own checks! PNC wants to charge $287.87 to cash their check along with data harvesting. This is a shakedown because I won't open an act. Crooks! I will never accept another PNC check.

  This bank truly cares about their ELDERLY customers. Branch manager used a polite line of questioning and a couple of phone calls to ensure my GRANDMOTHER Jayne was not being scammed by her own family when she asked to make a large wire transfer to our account in another state. The managers questioning was also a way to be sure that Jayne was capable of continuing to manage her own money and wasn't in need of any supervision, power of attorney, or family assistance in managing her monies.

  Very helpful, even though they were not able to help me with my issue they were able and willing to give me directions to another place that could solve my problems.
