But rarely in the game does one run into the quality of service that David in North Carolina provides. I would highly recommend giving him a call for any deal you are on, hard money or not.   Please do not waste your time and money with this place! I started a rental loan late 2019, spent 3,000 on appraisals, credit was good, 55% ltv loan. Simply did not hear back, finally got one answer that said no one was lending because of covid which is completely untrue. Basically I spent 3k for appraisals I don't need. If I could give this 0 stars I would!

Straightline, like most private lenders during the initial stages of Covid-19, put their lending on hold or modified their terms.
