      Usually receive fantastic service. The bank does an amazing job, unfortunately on my last visit they would not cash an endorsed check that was written to my parents.

      I love this place!!! Can’t wait for COVID-19 to be over so I can visit it in person. Staff is always very friendly, responsive and will go out of their way to help you. This branch is truly like a bank only WAY BETTER! I’ve done everything with them from mortgage to credit card and never been disappointed! Keep up the great work! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

      If you bank with Charlotte metro do not go to any branch but this one. And when you do ask for Ms Joyce Crump she is amazing you can just feel her good positive energy soon as you walk in her office she was very helpful very informative very concerned very sweet I can go on and on. This the first review I ever did and I felt I had to because ms Crump was amazing I just want to Say Thanks Joyce Love you 😎 and thanks for being the amazing person you are😍😍😍😍

      Great credit union! Better than a bank. But every credit union is better than a bank. The people here are friendly. Lots of priveledges for members! Their credit cards now have chips.
