  Went in on Valentines Day looking for an anklet. They had 3 to choose from. Got a very nice piece for the right price. Also have been here for my crucifix to be repaired. They even cleaned it after the repair. Very happy with my experience here.

  Bought an engagement ring from these people. We decided to go a little bit bigger and bought with another jeweler, these people wouldn't refund or exchange, the saleswomen that sold me the ring just days before would do absolutely nothing to help, claimed she didn't have enough money to buy back!!!

  Brought in a very old vintage watch. Had the battery checked. Was returned with no bezel. Thieves at their finest. Never take anything to have repaired there. They fix with new parts and take the vintage and steal items they need. The pawn shop part of things is basically for looks. This store stays open under the pretense of thievery, they never have business. Also very rude.

  This event did not happen. I've taken my time from the day this fraudulent review was posted until today and have upturned every possible stone and found this is not true. I do not know this person, my best guess is it's a jealous competitor posting a false review. My family has been in this town for four generations with tens of thousands of clients stretching across multiple generations. Our competitors are so desperate to survive our low pricing structure they'll go to any length to survive, including this false review. Come in and check out our low prices and see for yourself. Just the fact that we do a $4.98 watch battery service by a real Certified Watchmaker speaks for itself and to the jealousy of our competitors. It pains me deeply to even respond to this ridiculous review. And, to make matters even more ridiculous, why in the world would anyone want to take a $2 watch part… makes no sense at all!

  The store is very clean and smells lovely, and the ladies working behind the counter were kind. I was selling some jewelry that I didnt really want to sell, but I needed the cash. They took their time reviewing my items, but unfortunately I did not sell do to what they offered me. I ended up at Cash 4 Gold on park blvd just based on their reviews. On some of the items they offered me 50% more than what Stout offered me. I understand it's a business and they need to be able to make a profit, too, but their pricing was not as honest as I was hoping for.

  Been a long time costumer of the business and every time I receive nothing but exceptional service just picked up my wife’s necklace from getting repaired and once again it looks brand new and like nothing was ever wrong with it!! I will always recommend Stout Jewelry for any of your needs Andy and his staff and phenomenal!!!!

  Awesome jewelers! Been a customer for years. Very reasonable. Family owned for generations. Just had stones replaced in some rings and they look phenomenal! Better than what they were before. I wouldn't trust my precious jewelry to anyone else!!! Customer for life!

  I love this place! My mom’s been coming here since previous generations were in charge of it and they’re the most honest and professional people. They always have some of the newest and latest stock available and are so easy and kind to talk to! Amazing family that always supports their loyal customers and will go that extra mile for you. Clean shop, clean items, great policy.
