  We rented an apartment from them for 3 years, after leaving they took money out of our security deposit for a small rub mark our couch left on the wall, even though after three years they are going to repaint. They also took money out because we did not move the stove out from wall and clean underneath stove. I've rented for over ten years, never heard of having to do this. This was also not part of the move out check list that they gave us, we were told if we followed the check list we would be fine. If you rent from them be careful and take lots of pictures before and after move in.

  I have been renting a property for 7 years, I don't have a bad thing to say relating to this property. If a problem does occur, all I have to do is email the property management team, and Anthony and Nick will be here before I can say Stonehedge Funding to repair whatever the issue may be. They are polite, professional, efficient and perfect gentleman. If it is possible I would like to live here for as long as I can. Couldn't find a better team ( Carol , Annette , Anthony and Nick ) or landlord ( Jim Bennett ).. Thank you all for all you have done.

  I am very glad you have had a good long history with your landlord and actually took the time to write a positive post. However, Stonehedge does not own rent or manage any properties. We have unfairly and unjustifiably been the victim of negative reviews. I am glad to see you have had a wonderful experience and thanks again for taking the time to say something positive, even if it wasn't for our business. LOL ! :)

  These people don’t accept school staff on unemployment due to COVID-19. That only means they care about money and don’t provide equal opportunity in the middle of a pandemic. Shameful.
