  We just closed today on our refinance through Stonebridge Mortgage. David made the process so easy! I filled out our application online and then communicated by email, electronically signed docs as needed, and before I knew it, we were signing at the escrow company! The only challenges were that of the underwriter, requiring employment verification for my current employer and the prior two, and clarification on recent credit transactions. That wasn't Stonebridge's fault - just new lending requirements. David was extremely responsive and professional and we felt confident in his support, knowing we'd get the best loan we could. Thanks, David and team!

  David was wonderful to work with. He was highly recommended to me by my partner who had worked with David a few years ago. The day I contacted David he immediately put everything in motion to assist me in refinancing with a much better interest rate. We were able to handle everything by email /phone and Fax. He responded quickly to questions I had. And let me know immediately if something needed to be done or changed. I would definitely work with David in the future if the need arises.   David and the group at Stonebridge Mortgage are great! They worked hard to get us financing for a mortgage so we didn't have to. David was very organized, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. He was responsive and quick to return phone calls and emails. We put our trust in Stonebridge and they delivered. David is very knowledgeable - he told us what would be needed for closing within $8 of actual more than 30 days out - amazing! We will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to family & friends!

  I really enjoyed working with David. He simply took all the mystery out of the process with a lot of updates, emails and direct contact. I prefer the black and white approach to life and don't do well with "grey areas." He understood this, and was up for the task.   By far the best experience ever. Attentive, detailed, great follow through, these are only 3 of all the outstanding things Stonebridge did for me. I've hired him 3 times and both my kids bought their 1st homes with Davids help and they both referred him to friends that were very happy with them.   My experience with Stonebridge Mortgage was a very pleasant one. I would recommend David to anyone looking for a mortgage broker. David was quick with answers and paperwork submissions to ensure closure dates were meet. David definitely knows his stuff and a super nice guy too!!! His newsletters are very informative as well.

  David at Stonebridge went over and above to help us get our new mortgage in 2012 when mortgages weren't easy to get! He is prompt, courteous and thoroughly professional. And, best of all, he can shop lots of banks & institutions to get you the best deal since he doesn't represent just one bank or company. David gets my highest recommendation.
