  I have been banking with Oregonians for over 25 years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff and service are top notch! I usually go through drive thru and have Jennifer as my teller, she is the sweetest and always manages to make me smile! I love my credit union!

  I've had multiple accounts (checking, savings, credit card, car loan) with Oregonians for 20 years now. They have the friendliest staff and I have always received expedient help anytime there's been an issue. I wish they had more branches located throughout Oregon, but other than that, they are stellar and I'll continue using them for as long as I can!

  It is a pleasure to work with the employees at the Gresham branch. Everyone is super attentive and nice. I had the opportunity to work with Rholonda for my auto loan, and she has been so helpful, sweet, and guiding. I highly recommend Oregonians Credit Union! :)

  Jennifer was fantastic! She had great recommendations on a loan that saved me a lot of money in both rate and payment. The loan was completed via text and email. Very efficient!

  A plea to change one small policy that has made a BIG impact on my life. On 5-26-22 I parked my bicycle Infront of your branch because it's near the bus stop I take up to work. That night when I got off, a friend offered me a ride home. When I got home, I cursed myself for forgetting my bike. I thought "Its should be fine, I ll go grab it tomorrow, it should be safe in front of a bank". The next day I when I arrived around 1pm, it was gone. I figured it had been stolen, and the bank didn't have any cameras pointed in that direction, so I slumped away, losing a little more faith that day in Oregonian's. Fast forward to today, I was walking my new half hour route home (because that was my one form of transportation besides the bus) and I thought, "hey, maybe the bank would know something, maybe they have it or donated it". Turns out, THEY threw it away, it sat on their hardly ever used bike rack for ONE night and they tossed it! That bike had sentimental and practical value to me, and they didn't even consider any of that. So I plead with you guys, maybe wait longer then one day to toss a bike, or better yet, don't toss it, donate it! I thought you were about the community? So sad to think of my perfectly good, nice vintage steel bike getting tossed out 😢

  I LOVE my bank and have been with them for decades. Recently, I got another loan with them (I've had several over the years). Hands down my last interaction was the best experience thus far. The entire process was done in less then 24 hours. I refinanced my vehicle for a cheaper rate and received a little extra in my account. Not only was it quick, but was also handled primarily via text. Huge time saver for a busy mom. While every employee has been great to interact with, Brittani is exceptional. She made everything so easy and offered idea's I didn't even know were an option. Exceeded my expectations by far. Thank you for all you do for my family! #OCUforevermember.

  It’s always great to see my “not so old” friends when I visit my local Oregonians Credit Union. Everyone there are always very helpful with a positive uplifting attitude and I appreciate the professionalism. Please extend to them my gratitude for a job well done. I look forward to my next visit!

  We’ve banked with OCU since we moved to Portland three years ago. Recently I became dissatisfied with the bank that was handling my main credit card and decided to apply for one from OCU. The process was Seay and surprisingly fast, and the manager at our local branch was very professional and efficient in handling it.
