  Karin Street is the best! My husband and I were buying our first home and Karin walked us through every step of the way. She is super responsive, knowledgeable, and on top of it! Karin really went the extra mile and called the selling agent to let them know there would be no problem with the loan and could close very quickly. I truly believe that in a very competitive market this call helped us get our offer accepted. Best decision ever to go with Karin!

  DO NOT USE this company. Strung us along for over 2 months. Got a call about once a week asking for something else. Got messaged we were approved. He even told the wife we wouldn't need to pay December mortgage. A week later calls and says better pay it we need another document that had been sent over and over again. Of course the wife used a bunch of our mortgage for Xmas. They never even apologized just kept saying it was my fault. I'll prob never try to finance a home again after dealing with these people.

  I received a cold call from this mortgae broker after they saw my credit profile and the fact that I was engaged in a VA refinance. They provided what seemed to be a solid deal with a matching interest rate but large lender credit which put me in a much better situation from a total costs perspective. Once I signed their docs and filled out their application, communication stopped. I sent multiple emails trying to get an idea where my loan was. I eventually was contacted and asked for my documents, pay stubs, mortgage statement, etc. Based on the previous lender I was working with, these folks were amateur hour. Everything took a day or more to figure out. In hindsight, I believe this is by design. They want things to take time so you will not be able to meet the lock deadline. I do not believe this broker ever intended to close my loan with the original numbers they provided in my Loan Estimate. I provided everything they asked for the day they asked for it and more often than not, I had to reach out to them for status updates. They may work out for you, but be weary of the bait and switch like they did to me. Unprofessional and dishonest in my experience.

  Dieter and his team at Stone Bridge Mortgage are the best I've worked with! We refinanced them on our last house and they helped seal the deal on our new one! Would highly recommend to anyone.

  Amazing People! Dieter and his team at Stone Bridge were great from start to finish. From the easy pre-qualification on my VA loan to a super fast 10-day close. This market has been really hard for buyers but we got really lucky to find a group that did everything they could to get our family into our new place. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

  Buying a home and getting a mortgage is probably one of the most stressful things you can do, however with Stone Bridge it was not stressful at all. Karin was amazing and was there to help me with the whole process. She made herself available for all my questions and I felt very supported throughout. I felt like I was working with someone who truly cared about me from the very beginning until I received the keys of my new home. Thank you Karin.

  Could not have asked for a better experience with Stone Bridge. Entire process from start to finish was excellent. I worked with Karin, who was beyond helpful. She explained things to me patiently and in a way that was understandable. She provided options and laid out info and scenarios for me in a way that allowed me to make the best decisions for my family. Entire process was super fast and easy— we closed in seventeen days(!!!)— and we are so happy we went with this company.

  Karin at Stone Bridge was SUCH a great lender! Communicative, took time to explain everything (as I was a first time home buyer), and got the job done within a quick time frame, to help me close the deal and beat out the competition. She also matched the rates of other lenders I found out there, saving money. AND, she added that personal touch with a personally delivered housewarming gift after I moved in. I highly recommend Karin with Stone Bridge!
