Nolan Aliff2Can’t believe it took 5 days to fix an air vent that was broken prior to purchase. Did not receive call stating what the cost would be. I wonder what else will not be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. Disappointed in Stokes at this time.

Kelsey Lovett1My new edge turned completely off when I came to a stoplight. We turned the car into Ford with 70miles on the gas tank on a Saturday. Each time we called to check on the car it was constant phone tag. We finally received a phone call the following Thursday that they lost our car keys. This is coming from the service manager! As of Thursday our car had yet to even been back to be inspected. We received an additional call that there was no gas in the car and it would not be inspected until we drive back up there and fill it up. We went back up to Ford and then saw the car had less than 20miles on it. At that point we said it needs to go back and be serviced we had been without our main mode of transportation for an entire week. That by tomorrow we would be coming back for the car. The next day Friday we received another call that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. That until it goes out again there is nothing they can do. I pray that I am as fortunate the next time this happens and nobody rear ends me when this thing goes out again we understand that intermittent electrical failures are difficult to detect. But my car was not serviced for an entire week. The engine cut off while I was in traffic! With my family in the car this is a serious problem! I cannot even fathom what that would had cost in a rental car! We picked up the car the following Saturday with no real answers. Ford sales are great, service not so much. It seems they are severely understaffed. That is for Aiken, Augusta and Lexington branches will not get your car back in a service bay until 2-3 days later

I would have enjoyed if the running boards were installed,after I okayed them and the variety had been more of the price range that I was told,though we were satisfied with the ones selected. P S,I would have “snatched”a set off a matching vehicle and replaced them with an ordered set. Just a heads up.... Make em smile.... We love it.

Michelle Walker1Haven't had the best experience. Thought the warranty I bought on my car would cover alot more then what I was told. Make sure you read the fine print before buying a warrenty. I took my car to see why my engine light was on . I was told the part to fix my issue on my car is not covered. I don't agree that ford charges so much for a diagnostic. Disappointed because I pay extra for warranty that I haven't been able to use.I will say when I walked into the service department there was alot going on in there. Very busy which is good but didn't understand why all the workers were gather around the receptionist desk blocking the main entrance door. The guy that helped me was helpful. I had to keep calling to get the status on my car. I may go to a different place for my car services. The part I need is roughly $60 . My husband researched the part ford said I need. I was told it would be in the $500 dollar range for my car to fixed.I did not get it fix because that is to expensive. I did pay $134.94 for ford service to tell me what was wrong with my car today.
