  Bank is crazy archaic. You essentially have to go into a branch to get anything done…and of course I’m always trying to go Wednesday afternoon, when they are closed. Member services is a joke. Just got off a call with them and the rep was cutting me off, unable to pull up basic account details, refusing to contact me via email & insisted on communicating via phone. I have a 5 month old and phone calls are not always easy. It felt like he was being difficult just because he could. I recommend a new tag line…”where we exist to serve our member owners” just isn’t working…or maybe educate your customer service reps on this? They do have really low lending rates, which is why I gave them 2 stars.

  Every time I go through the drive through tellers it takes a minimum of 45 mins. That's being kind to say the least. So, I try to do my banking in the middle of the week and get to the bank at 330pm to find that they are closed. SERIOUSLY rethinking this banking option!!!!!!!

  I love srp bank, especially silverbluff. They are always friendly and greet there long term customers by name. This bank helped me purchase my first home. Keep up the good work srp family

  Require 3x as much paperwork as any other financial institution, require SS#, DL #, credit check just to be added as authorized user to existing account!! Go to First Citizens for a smoother transaction and friendlier customer service..they treat you like family instead of an account #

  The SRP credit Union is the best I have been with them a very long time and they have help me out a lot they have the best people working there they are always very nice

  Drive through is nothing short of agony. 50 minutes of my life I will never get back. The worst
