  As a local realtor who is a bit obsessive about minimizing stress for my clients as they go through their sale or purchase, Rachel Divine and her wonderful team at Stewart Title have been a dream come true. They are quick to respond to any little thing throughout the transaction, they are meticulous about details and really care about offering excellent service. Once everyone gets to the closing table they make sure everyone there feels welcome, comfortable and understands everything that's happening - so that all parties can walk away happy and in the mood to celebrate the momentous occasion! All title companies are not created equal - do some due diligence before you choose! I'm at a lot of different title offices every month & I can say Rachel's presence as a closer is an A+ every time.
