  Great experience, very professional and very patient with me considering the fact that I came from Germany and needed to find a house for my new family!   As a first time home buyer Cross Country Mortgage made the transition from renter to home owner smooth and easy. They kept in close contact with me through out the whole process and with each step texted me a short video that were short and extremely informative. I give them 5 stars, highly recommend Cross Country Mortgage, will use them again and will refer to everyone I know buying a home.

  Steven Zin and his team helped me thru the process of buying a home for my fiancé and I. I have owned houses in the past and my ex wife was a Morgatge underwriter so I really had no idea what went on. I just signed where I was told to sign and never knew what was really going on. Steven’s team helped me with each step, as well as explained everything along the way. I feel like I made lifelong friends throughout the process and know that if I ever have a question I could call them for the answer. I never felt belittled for not knowing what was going on, or shunned for making way too many phone calls. We are EXTREMELY impressed by their customer service.   Steve and his team are great to work with! Every person we spoke with during the purchase of our home was very knowledgable, quick to respond, and ensured we had everything we needed. Gina was our Loan Processor and she did a fantastic job ensuring everything was completed quickly. One thing we really enjoyed while working with the Zin team was once you got to a new stage in the purchasing process, they send out a short video that explains what will happen in the next stage. As first time home buyers, this was extremely helpful in fully understanding the home buying process. We loved working with the Zin team and we will be sure to work with them again when the time comes. In the meantime, we will be referring all of our friends and family members.
