  We met Craig Miller and Team 14 yrs ago when were were looking for an honest christian company to service our loan. The knowledge, professionalism and above and beyond customer service they provide/provided was more then we could ever imagine. We consider them our family and will NEVER use anyone else for our mortgage needs. We LOVE Craig and Shelly Miller!!

  My experience with Delmar Mortgage was a Cluster you know what because of the title company they chose. I will start with the closing, Tyler called me to schedule an appointment at my house. When the appointment day arrived a woman showed up from the Title Company. I was confused and concerned because of the amount of fraud that happens today. After talking to Tyler he confirmed she was suppose to be there and apologized for not letting me know. We started signing the paperwork and she realized she didn't have all the paperwork. she had to email my wife the 100 or so pages for her to print out. Got all the paperwork signed and gave her a Cashiers Check to fund or escrow account. About a week later Tyler is calling me and wanting to know where my Escrow money is. I told him that I had given a Cashiers Check to the Title Company girl. She had told him that " I was wiring the money and didn't give her a Cashiers Check". After several hours and several phone calls they found the Cashiers Check. Next I get a call from my Insurance Agency wanting to know why my annual Homeowners Insurance premium was sent to Auto-Club Of Houston when my Insurance Company is Auto-Owners Insurance out of Michigan. Craig Miller contacts me and tells me the title company made a mistake and is going to mail me a check for my Insurance premium. Ten days later no check and I have to pay my annual Homeowners Insurance which expired December 7th. Now I have paid for it twice once in Escrow, once out of pocket and now I am out almost $4000. I also sent my first payment to Delmar Mortgage which they say was never received, ended up stopping payment on that check. I called Craig about no Insurance check, he apologized for the title company and I did finally receive a check for the insurance.

  Craig has been fantastic to work with and so patient to educate us through the mortgage and refinance process. He always did exactly what he said he would, no surprises at closing. True Integrity. I have refinanced twice, both times at no cost to me, and the result has been thousands in savings over the life of the loan.

  There are lots of mortgage brokers, but I don't even look around. I started with Craig Miller many years and many houses ago. I've only used him since then. Craig and Shelly always have my back. I thoroughly trust that they both have my best interest at heart. Shelly and her office made EVERYTHING easy to close the mortgage. Most of us don't do this sort of thing very often, so we need someone to hold our hands. That was the case with me.   I am an active duty first time home buyer and had zero knowledge on what I was doing! I originally went with a company and were rude and I later found out were overcharging me due to my lack of knowledge about the VA loan. Once I got in contact with Delmar Mortgage, they immediately saw the up charges on my loan estimate and sent me a new one, and saved me $4,000! My home buying process went from the most stressful time of my life to completely relaxing! I couldn’t be more thankful for the entire team!
