  Ten years ago my wife and I bought the house that we're currently living in. We were both first time buyers and were very apprehensive with the process. As we were house shopping, we went to The Mortgage Company and spoke with Steve Stelzman. One of our worries was that our credit wasn't so great. He reviewed that with us and even went as far as to remove some incorrect things on our credit history, all without receiving any payment. Once doing so, he was able to give us an idea of what kind of home loan we could qualify for. We found this home and continued to update him throughout as our buyer broker negotiated with the realtor. When we signed all the paperwork for the home Steve really made the whole process extremely smooth and very easy. He was always polite and went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. Roughly four years later we were contacted by our mortgage lender about refinancing. Since it was the actual bank that held our loan, we contacted them because what they were offering would have been an incredible amount off of our monthly mortgage payment. We got the ball rolling and when they sent us the necessary paperwork to sign, the amounts were quite different and we were looking at actually paying MORE per month. We called them and the person we spoke to said that the initial numbers offered were incorrect. We cancelled the refinance with the bank. I immediately called The Mortgage Company and dealt with Steve's wife. She was able to follow through with a refinance that allowed us to get a better rate and save quite a bit per month on our mortgage. Yet again they came through and made everything smooth and simple. I thoroughly recommend using The Mortgage Company for refinance or buying a home. The staff is extremely friendly and polite and genuinely have your best interest in mind. They really do put their customers first.

He, along with his entire staff, are the most pleasant, easy to work with, professional, and dedicated people that I've encountered in the industry.   My realtor recommended I go with the Mortgage Company because all of her clients were pleased with their service. We were buying a new home from a popular developer in the area who also works closely with this company as well. I was skeptical because of that, but in reality, the builder as well wants to deal with a company that is on the ball as well. They were available practically 24-7 for any questions and advised us through what steps would be best to retain the existing home and sell after closing on the new home. To make this short, they are detailed, industry knowledgeable, organized, reliable and take pride in their work. Importantly the employees are incredibly friendly people to deal with it! Highly Recommended!
