  The best mortgage experience possible. My wife and I were set to close on our newly constructed home in late October and, because of "underwriter overlay" issues, our previously established mortgage group told us, less than 3 weeks before closing, that we'd have to push back our closing date. This obviously being a huge inconvenience to the logistics of our move, we reached out to Matt Wieder and never looked back. He was attentive, receptive, timely, reassuring, and determined to get us the close we needed on the day we wanted. In short, he got us approved for our loan in 10 days (making our target date) AND he got us a lower rate than we would have had with our first lender! Our construction company was so impressed, even they asked for his contact information! It's been a long time since we had a service experience this good, and my wife and I would recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.
