  My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Vicki and Steve during the purchase of our first home, and everything with the loan was completed in a timely manner. During most of the closing period, my husband and I were out of the country, which made things far more difficult for Vicki and Steve, though that did not create any delays. Vicki and Steve went above and beyond to help us in various ways while we were gone, even helping us with the appraisal we could not be present for. We greatly appreciate their hard work.

  Steve Mitchell and Vicki at C2 Financial, will work hard to get your loan approved. They went the extra mile for me, and helped get a difficult loan financed. My transaction took longer than usual because there were many unforseen obstacles along the way. Steve remained patient and reassuring at every“bump in the road”..even when he had a good reason to get stressed. When third and fourth party lenders refused to back me financially, Steve used his extensive knowledgable about the lending process to quickly move in another direction, and my mortgage was funded successfully. Something that really stood out to me, was how quickly my calls and emails were responded to. Getting a loan and going through escrow is an intense process, and waiting for an answer can be excruciating. Steve kept me informed about the status of my loan every step of the way.
