  Linda is amazing, very patient and driven to push the prosess through. However many bumps in the road, she stuck with me, and there was ALOT on my end.. She is always positive and motivating from the begining to the end. Ill be going with her for any other home loans, and pushing my friends and family to do so aswell. 10/10!!

  Working with Blue Adobe Mortgage has been a blessing and has allowed my family to attain the home of our dreams. It has been a pleasure and honor to have worked with such a dedicated team of professionals. Most importantly, with whom we like to call "our" loan officer, Linda Wallace. Linda is very personable and an excellent communicator. Linda went above and beyond with making sure all parties were taken care of, and that all deadlines were met. One of our favorite details were the weekly newsletter with the progress of our loan status and information on what was pending. I've had the opportunity to have already worked twice with our loan officer, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I highly recommend.

  We had tried many times to get a re-fi. But there was always something that stood in the way (income, P&L, credit, equity, etc). Linda got us re-fied out of a 6.25% loan. Linda's communication, eagerness to answer all our questions, and work through any challenges. When I was in a prior transaction as the listing agent, Linda kept me informed every step of the way. I'd get a Monday update and a Friday update, and any relevant updates throughout the week. So often you have to chase lenders around to get information. I can't remember a single time, I initiated a call to Linda, because she kept me so well informed. She is Stellar!!!

I'm pretty sure in 20 years I've never had a lender keep me updated as well as Linda did, even when I was the agent representing the buyer. Very well done. A great and seamless transaction.
