  Steve and his team were extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire house purchasing process. He and his team put in the leg work and got us locked in with a great rate early and ultimately allowed us to close earlier than anticipated. Any difficulties that arose were quickly handled. Can't recommend them enough. By far the most seamless lending process I have been through.

  I am a first time home buyer. Steve and his assistant Sarah were amazing to work with. Upon first reaching out, Steve gave me a call and talked me through what to expect and how to plan in today's market. He also made an effort to get to know me and learn what I was looking for in a house. Other lenders I had spoken almost made me feel like a number and didn't put near the effort into making sure I was taken care of. Once I found home, they worked with my realtor to guide me through each step of the process. They made it easy to understand, I did not feel confused or overwhelmed with the process. Steve was there and more than willing to talk through questions as they came up. Very appreciative of both of them and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an awesome Lender!

  Steve was wonderful to work with. He helped us to get a loan for our first house. Being first time homeowners we were very new to the process and he did a great job of walking us through it. He worked closely with us each step of the way explaining why things were happening as they were and why they needed certain documents from us. Steve was very personable and more than willing to answer any questions that we had in a timely manner.

  Appreciated the quick responses from Steve and his team during our closing process. We had a few different "irons in the pot" bringing this one to close. The process took additional leg work to make this work and they made this happen while maintaining open communication.
