Nate M5I have my mortgage through Members First. My Loan Officer Carol was the best. She was fast, friendly and updated me on everything that was going on through purchasing my first house and recently refinancing. Would recommend her to to anyone.
Response from the ownerThank you for the positive review of Members First Credit Union!

Mykela Unzueta1If you're looking for a mortgage I highly recommend that you DO NOT work with Carol Boot as your loan officer. She is unprofessional. She has terrible communication. I put in a refinance application in June and it took 3 months to close! So if you're looking to buy a actual house with her I'm sure you're looking to close one year later. She will not call you to tell you what she needs from you, you must reach out to her every week to make sure she's actually doing her job but if she doesn't answer it's a good chance that she's on vacation. I would use a different credit union all together if your looking to buy a house.

jon plummer2I'm very upset about the lack of communication about the closing of ann street location. I spent money to take an uber to go get money out of my account to find its closed. I live paycheck to paycheck and was already dreading spending money to go get my money from my account to fix my vehicle. I called the branch number to be told it's my responsibility to manage my account that they have other branches available and that they informed us by mailing out a letter stating they were closing. I'm very likely to be closing my account after this so disrespectful.update it's now tuesday still havnt received anything stating closings.
Response from the ownerJon, We apologize for the lack of communication you received about the Ann St. Branch closing. It was only closed for a very short period of time, and we did send out an email to our members in the area letting them know that the branch was closed, and also when the branch opened back up. All of our branch locations are open, and the short closing of the Ann St. Branch was in order to take the needed safety precautions in regards to COVID-19 and ensuring our team and members stay safe and healthy. Thank you, Members First Credit Union

Larry Rowan Jr1Rediculous. The woman named Kim at the Ann Street location is an absolute horrible person to deal with. I've been depositing money into my wife's account for over a year now with no issues and this woman gave me such a hard time about it lying to my face telling me that I have the wrong address and wrong phone number when I didn't. I went and spoke to her manager and she did nothing to fix it. This branch is a joke. Go to chase bank, way better of a bank than these guys.
Response from the ownerWe apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced at our branch. We have notified the Branch Manager of this situation as she was not the one that spoke with you. We would love to discuss this further so If you could, please give us a call at 855.835.6328 and ask to speak to the Branch Manager of our Ann St. Branch. Thank you.

Tim Priddy1Ever since they merged with my credit union it has been horrible. First experience was when I called the number, that was in the merger letter, that said to call if you have questions about anything in the letter. I missed the return call, voicemail from the CEO said "If you would read then you would know." So much for getting the questions answered. Then I watch several employees laugh at and make fun of the man who was in front of me in line. I don't know what was happening but I heard him say that he had done this for 25 years. After he left they made fun of him and laughed at him. Makes me wonder what they do behind my back. Awful service since the merger. Plus my accounts are not correct either.

dan westveer1I am not, never have been, nor ever will be a customer at this credit union. I hope you value your members, because you definitely do not value people within your community who are attempting to do their job by impeding their progress. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience!
