  From contacting Steve to closing on our refinance took less than 4 weeks--could have been even faster if I did my parts with more haste. Steve answered every question promptly and with clarity. Never refinanced a home loan before, but I know that Steve and his team set the bar HIGH. Simply supply the documents, answer some questions, sign some documents and a BAM! Refinance.
