  I have done many transactions with Steve over the years,I guess you can say if I am going to do a loan he is my go to guy. Why? Because he let's me know up front what is expected of me. If I call him he always calls me back. If I have a question about anything he is willing to walk me through it. This is a big reason why I have reffered him to many of my friends and clients and he has never let us down. Finally, being successful in business for over 30 years he must be doing it right.

  Steve and his people have a way of accomplishing the impossible! He is the guy that just "makes things happen," even despite difficult obstacles. He helped my finance my home purchase when my credit was not so good, and with my old house having serious issues with a guest house on the property. And recently we did a 100% cash out refinance. Now we are moving forward on a real estate purchase for investment purposes, which would not be possible without the two prior loan approvals!
