  I was connected to Steve Carter and Adam Potts through Zillow when my wife and I were looking for our first home . Within 30 minutes I got a call from Steve who asked me all the neassary questions to get me started in finding a home and within my price range. We decided to go with FHA financing and honestly FHA now a days makes it a REAL pain to get a loan for a home but Steve and Adam helped me every step of the way and kept me informed as to how the process worked and what was next . They were very nice and professional ! They obviously knew what they were doing cause even with all the hoops with FHA we still closed in about 30 to 35 days. I highly recommend them and will send anyone I know looking for a house thier way immediately.

  Steve and Dylan were great to work with. Dylan was a great asset to me. Answers emails promptly, kept me posted when we needed documents. Being self employed we had to provide a lot of documents. Dylan walked me through setting up communication accounts while Steve worked through the lender. The two of them are a great team. If you use them I recommend you reply promptly to anything they need to help them get things back to the lender. Thank you guys for putting us in our home.

  Steve and his team went above and beyond to make our Jacksonville home happen. When our family relocated from another state, I was looking for someone to explain what we needed to do to get a home. Several lenders just told us that we didn't qualify and then moved on. Steve and his team explained the problems and helped us make a plan to get things taken care of. They didn't give up on us and continued to check in on us to see how things were going. After two years of getting our ducks in a row, our family was ready to move from renters to homeowners. Steve and his team have been amazing throughout the whole loan process. When Steve says he’s available anytime, he means it.
