  Everyone here was very friendly. We dropped in with no appointment but they were very accommodating. Steve himself made it a point to welcome us with a giftcard and conversation. Joe was even able to save us money! Very good customer service !

  I have had Steve Arrington's office insure multiple properties and vehicles of ours over nearly 20 years. They have always been responsive and easy to get hold of. I recommend their services and have never had any reason to consider moving to another agent or company despite getting lower quotes.

  All of the employees at Steve Arrington's Insurance office are always very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Kimberly Boone was especially helpful during these hard times. She got me a lower monthly rate for my vehicle insurance policy because I am currently unemployed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and I barely ever drive.   Customer service top-notch. You're treated like you're their ONLY customer every time you walk or call in. I live 40 miles from their office, but am never even temped to find a closer agent. The service is too good to give up in favor of an easier drive. First-class all the way. They're "Like a good neighbor..."
