  I opened account here in late 2011, after FDIC closed another place where I had been banking. I selected it because it had multiple locations around town, including one convenient to where I live, and good ratings for financial security. It is in a good location, easy access, given Evansville traffic jams. The staff is helpful. I like it that on end of year statement, there is YTD earnings, so easy to report on income taxes.

  This company helped me when others wouldn't, I was also able to cosign for both of my kids back to back and my family suffered a great loss after the death of my partner which led to filing bankruptcy but my credit was so good with them that they overlooked it and I was finally I was able to cosign for my son. I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF WHICH ARE VERY POLITE SO FOR THAT A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE ENTIRE STAFF!!

  I have had nothing but issues with this bank regarding their loan services. They do not communicate well and do not attempt to fix their own mistakes when they are made.
