  AMANDA WADE went above and beyond to get us our 2018 jeep, even 3 hours after closing she was still showing us all the features on the jeep. Definitely great customer service!

  Talked to Chris on Friday 9/20. He insisted I needed to come in on Monday, that they would have something for me. I arrive Monday 9/24 to see what options I have for a vehicle. These so called professional have no game plan, no examples, nothing for me to review or look at. They have all my info and should be able to point me at vehicles they know will be financed but instead they can only tell the approximate payment amount, which they could have told me on the phone the previous Friday, that will not work in our budget. They just want you in front them to spend hours trying to figure out what will work and not all of have that kind of time.... This place may work for some people but I won't ever, and I mean ever go back....

  The one place I know where if you cannot complete your contract they will threaten youI've been in the military and served this country just to be threatened by people that doesn't understand when your work goes south and you're not going to be able to be sure if you can complete the contract thankfully I'm no longer in the military so I don't have to protect people like this

  Horrible. Drive one car and sold another. So many complaints there isn't enough space here. NEVER EVER do business with any of the Expressway

  This is my second experience with expressway dodge, Amanda is so great to work with, she listens to your wants and must haves and works to get you fit in a vehicle exactly like what you want... definitely will continue to go see her and all the people at expressway... James the finance manager, he is great, sits down with you and discusses everything with you in detail and what I love most is they know their clients, they remember you when you go back in there and they have amazing customer service

  Dealt with Rahi who was condescending and lied just to make a sale and then hung up on us while we were asking questions Rudest salesman I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life Highly recommend to request anyone but him to assist you when looking to buy
