  SUFCU has been good to us for time but the lack of my expired debit card since February is not acceptable. I still have not received my new card and the least the bank could do is send out a courtesy message stating that there is a huge delay for receiving a new debit cards. For example auto pay purchases with expired cards creates a late fee. SUFCU should consider to waive any additional fees for expired cards. I would suggest in the future SUFCU will consider an instant issued debit card machine for same day to create a new debit card. Please follow up asap! Sincerely, a loyal client since 2003.

  Great bank in almost every way. My only complaint is that I can't link my account with any of the financial planning service for automatic tracking. I'm sure the limitations are for security reasons, which I appreciate, but, it would be great to have this feature available.

  Bill pay service is horrible it’s been over 1 Month and the service has still not been completed the money was taken out of my account and I still have to wait 180 days to dispute what a inconvenience!

  I’ve been a customer nearly 20 years and got some pretty crass sarcastic customer service when I was asking questions today about my account.

  I've banked there since I was nineteen, absolutely love this bank. The people there are wonderful! The only thing I don't like is, once you get used to seeing someone there they move them. Probably for security reasons or whatever. Awesome credit Union and I completely recommend them!

  Sterling United FCU customer service has been top notch. The only issue I have dealt with is their online banking system. Any time it rains the system goes haywire. If they want to stay in sync with other institutions or would like to stay ahead of the game to gain more customers update the system software. Or have a system that can withstand rain.

  Can't pay your loan on the app from another bank account so you have to call every month and pay $8 just to pay your loan.
