      It is too much to type here. But, in short.. I'm hoping you guys can pull my phone calls to the branch. Never ever in my 25+ years as an old national customer have I been treated this way. Mike Lewis and Curtis at the Franklin Street branch, should be terminated immediately for ethics violations. I don't even have the words, just wow......!! :(((

      After getting off the phone with my daughter who was in tears by the way she was treated through the drive-thru at the Franklin Street Branch, I felt it necessary to write this review. I have been banking with Old National Bank for as long as I can remember and have always received excellent service I hope the specific employee she had the encounter with in the drive- thru will be trained on customer service and the correct way to present questions. When a person becomes POA for their parent it it usually because of unfortunate circumstances We realize 2020 has been difficult for everyone but kindness and compassion can go a long way... We never know what someone is going through so BE KIND ALWAYS
