  If I could give 100 stars I would! From day one Stephen treated me and my family like we were a part of his family. He was patient with us while we decided where we wanted to live and what kind of home we wanted. He helped guide us through a process we had never been through before in order to make sure we were making the best choices for our family. He went out of his way to ensure that we got the best in everything from our mortgage rates, to our home inspector. Stephen made himself available every time we had any kind of questions or needs. And ultimately he helped us win a bidding war on the house of our dreams! There is absolutely no one I'd recommend more, or have a higher level of trust in than Stephen.

  I have bought two homes with Stephen and sold one, and both were flawless transactions! Not only did we get top dollar for our first home, we also sold it at a major profit just two years later. Our open house had 60+ people with 3 full priced offers on the first day, which I know was due to his excellent marketing online and all around our town. Stephen was always there to answer questions and has been there ever since. His clients are like family and he is always there, even just remembering us at the holidays!   I have worked on the Team Clyde team going on three years now and I can't imagine working along side anybody else. Stephen is the best at what he does with 20+ years experience, he knows the best in the business to make sure you're taken care of on all sides of the transaction, his clients are family, and he genuinely cares about you and where you end up. He will never try to sell you anything, he will point out the negatives before the positives and he will guide you through the process and educate you every step of the way rather than allow you to feel like you're jumping into your biggest investment blind.   Team Clyde was great in all aspects of buying and selling our house. Steve and his team did a great job at making buying a house as simple as can be. They worked hard at finding the perfect house for us. When we decided to sell our house team Clyde was the only name that came to mind.   Stephen found our wonderful home for us in 2016. After listening to our wishlist and knowing we were under time constraints to settle in he was in constant contact and worked to ensure we had access to every home we wished to see. His support when a deal did not go through and determination to find the best opportunity for us was greatly appreciated as we could not be happier with our home.
