  Amazing team and staff. Extremely friendly, caring, knowledgable and professional. I have felt very comfortable since switching over because they actually spent a lot of time explaining everything within the policies and offered much greater care and service than anyone else I have dealt with (Thanks, Theresa!).

  My wife and I have been with Stephanie for the entire 25 years that she has owned the agency. In addition to us, both of my daughters and spouses are clients as well and really appreciate the level of service that we have gotten from the entire staff. But beyond their awesome service both Stephanie and Dave attended my wife’s wake back in November and that speaks volumes to their support of their clients.

  I was referred to State Farm Insurance for homeowners insurance (specifically Stephanie Sgroi's office) by someone who has been using them for many years. I had already received a few quotes from other companies and, for the same amount of coverage, State Farm came in with the best price quote by far! They are also saving me about $35 per month on my auto insurance. In addition, I was very impressed with the professionalism and promptness that Stephanie's staff took to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I understood everything I was purchasing. Being a first-time home buyer, I wasn't exactly sure of what I was doing. Laura took the time to work with me and explain the different options and was extremely helpful in every aspect. I feel very comfortable with my purchasing decision and State Farm has a new life-long customer! Thank you State Farm!

When you call, the entire office knows you by name and are ready to take whatever time and effort is needed to make sure you're properly covered, that you know all of your options, and have had everything explained in a way that makes sense.   Our family was a loyal consumer of Allstate for over 30 years who were great to us but since moving to Long Island we switched our insurance to State Farm and were highly recommended to Stephanie’s office. I have to say by far one of the best recommendations anyone could make the staff is always courteous, professional and always knows the answers especially Teresa. We are now true fans of State Farm.
