  Richard is the most helpful and kind broker out there. I recently came off of my parents' insurance policy and entered the very confusing world of looking for individual insurance. Richard was immediately so generous with his time and knowledge, and put me at ease. He is very responsive, knows the insurance world incredibly well and will advocate for you. I would recommend him to my nearest and dearest without a second thought. If you're feeling lost while looking for the right insurance plan, give him a call. You will absolutely not regret it!

  I was having an issue with my insurance and I reached out to Richard. He was extremely quick to respond and was so helpful! He answered emails very fast and if he missed your phone call he would call back very fast! I will continue using Richard and Insurance Suffolk Brokerage!

  Richard could not have been more help. On a Friday we learned that our cobra insurance had expired the previous week and we had to scramble to figure out how to navigate the exchange. Rich jumped right in and within 3 hours we were covered! Could not recommend more highly!

  Richard is SO knowledgeable and made obtaining both health and dental insurance a breeze. Not only did he find the perfect plan for my needs, he spent the time to go over all my options and explaining the entire application process. His communication is exceptional, and was quick to answer all my (many) questions. He is VERY personable, and I would give him 10 stars if I could.

  I consider Richard a very lucky find considering I picked him out of the extensive list of brokers on the NY exchange. I found him after looking for a broker who worked with an independent agency with a credible online presence, but I had no prior knowledge of Suffolk or Richard. Turned out to be an incredible pick because Richard is incredible. This was my first time purchasing my own policy outside of an employer plan and so I had tons of questions. Richard was incredibly patient and knowledgeable in answering my endless list of detailed questions. If I were him I would have tried to get me off the phone but he never hinted any desire to wrap up the conversation until I was ready. He made sure I had what I needed each time before ending the call. Few other things I really appreciated about Richard: 1- he was very transparent regarding the relationships he had with each insurer so there was never any question for me as to whether he was incentivized to point me a certain direction over another. 2- he simply answered questions and gave me the range of choices and pros cons of each and things to keep in mind, but didn't once push me a certain way. He made it clear I should choose what fits my needs the most and was happy to help, even if I picked plans that wouldn't end up providing him compensation in return. I highly recommend Richard if you're looking for an honest and helpful person to get your insurance needs figured out!

  I lost my benefits this past month and was in a panic. I knew I needed help and was not sure where to go. I found Richards name on line and could not be happier that I did. Trying to navigate my way through this process was so overwhelming. Richard is very knowledgeable and oh so patient. He explained everything to me in detail and somethings more than once. He answered all of my questions, talked me through all of my options and helped me make a discussion that was best for me. I would recommend Richard was easy going and a pleasure to work with.
