Taking this first step and deciding to buy a home was a little intimidating but she guided me and made me feel comfortable and at ease through the whole process.   Highly recommend Irma Lopez she is very professional and has 21years + of experience. She helped get our first house loan. Irma Makes sure you understand everything about your loan throughly and guides you the whole process making everything super easy and stress free. She responce very fast and keeps you informed of what's going on throughout the process. She has a great team and they make the process go very fast and smooth her assistant Cristina is very professional as well and keeps you updated! thanks Stearns you have a great Team!   Maribel Ayala is amazing! She is very friendly too. She really tries to find a way to help you. I had gone to a couple other loan officers and they say well this, or that and they just waste your time. With Maribel we talked over the phone set up an appointment and she said this is what I need when you come, she pre-approved me right there on the spot. I was so excited! I had a couple of concerns and was hesitent to tell her, when I decided to tell her she was like no problem, its okay and it won't affect you. Thats when I realized that all I had to do was just communicate anything to her so she could help me. She also communicates very well she tells you what she needs from you, she's on point. Once you provide her what she needs she takes it from there. This was me and my husbands first home purchase and the process was super easy! It was a little less than a month and we got our house keys! So I highly recommend Maribel Ayala.

  Thanks to Matt Hergert, my family got the house of our dreams. In such a competitive buyers market, Matt had the right connections, advice and network to bring the whole deal together and if we had gone with another lender (especially an online, non-local lender), I'm certain that we wouldn't of had the competitive advantage to get the house. Matt went above and beyond, meeting on holidays/evening/weekends, escalating the approvals, locking in the best rate, contacting the realtors, etc.

  Matt Hergert was great at handling questions and always made himself available. I know I can trust him when it comes to understanding what's going on and the choices I'm presented with. Matt was also able to handle a loan under very tight time pressure, but I had faith in him so I never doubted that the loan would be successful.
