Stefania Borda1I DO NOT RECCOMMEND this bank to anyone. My mom was given a fraudulent check without knowing and was scammed into taking out a large sum of money that she did not even have in her bank account. When she went to the bank she was not informed that it took 3 days to process the money and verify the check and she thought this occurred right when she deposited the check. After three days she found her account to be in negative. She called the specialist of this branch and she told her it was her fault for trusting someone else and that they were sending her to collections. No one has helped her and they have placed all the blame on her after being a loyal client for over 15 years. This can happen to anyone and instead of helping their clients they have done nothing to help her and they refused to let her speak to a manager and told her to just deal with it with collections. It took them less than five minutes to blame her and tell her she is going to collections.

Rolando Wilkerson1I opened a keypoint credit card in June 2020. I've made every payment, Set up auto pay on some of my bills only for them to close my credit card because my "revolving credit was too high" which is confusing considering I never had an issue paying my bill They had no regard for my auto pay They had no remorse over the phone They don't care that we're in a pandemic They only solution was to apply for a new card which seems like a scam to boost their application numbers This is a complete inconvenience and I felt I was being talked down to over the phone And their decision is final
Response from the ownerHello Mr. Wilkerson, we appreciate your feedback as we are committed to service. Our Loan Servicing Department will reach out to you today via email.

Sabrina Jones1This Bank is too difficult. Can’t do anything without a paper form to sign at the branch but they ONLY have 3 locations. Can’t pay my bill because they won’t allow me to transfer money from another bank to KeyPoint! What kind of Bank doesn’t want their money. Stupid Bank, I dont recommend! ANYONE WITH COMMON SENSE WILL STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS !
