      This bank is a joke. I called numerous times trying to get a payoff amount and I had just as well been talking to a telephone pole. But, if you are wanting to make a payment or borrow some money, Stearns Bank will respond immediately

      Be very careful with this Bank. I applied for an SBA loan and they took my tax returns and reported me as though I did something illegal. This was only done because of Race!!! the investigation was dropped, because Sterns bank does not know tax laws!!! They will find away to deny African Americans anyway and they will send your financials to the Government and try to get you in trouble without knowing the law. I received an inside scoop they did this to my family. STAY AWAY!!!!!

      Best bank ever! Everyone at my Stearns bank in St Petersburg, Florida, knows me by name and I them. Been with Stearns since 1992 when it was a Rutland bank and would never consider changing. So helpful, they always have time for me and are very friendly. Thank you Stearns!

      Do not bank with Stearns bank this is a smaller bank and they don't even take care of there customers they send you to a third party corporation the only part they deal with is taking your money that's it some Bank!!
