  My business partner and I went to Grow Financial to open a new account for our company. We had the absolute pleasure to deal with Sherry Rudd! She normally works out of a different branch but it was our good fortune that she was at our local branch that day. She was very welcoming, an absolute pro at all things Grow Financial and was one of the most enjoyable personalities I've ever encountered. Everything about our visit went smoothly, was fun and we left feeling not only had we made a great banking decision to bring our business to Grow Financial but we made a friend for life in Sherry! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting Sherry Rudd at Grow Financial no matter which branch she is working in! Thank you SHERRY!!

  I have banked with Grow for 7 years and am more than satisfied with their customer service. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. A special shout out to LaBresha and Josh for helping me with a car loan. They made the process very easy. Thanks!

  Dreadful..Will definitely be closing and moving elsewhere. Not only is location and parking awful most times, one person helping lobby customers, one helping drive through and everyone else sitting in offices watching lines grow. I realize you are probably doing some other work, but we are customers in front of you that see you not helping us. 🤦‍♂️🙄

  One of your Store Supervisors, Joshua Pratt, served me in a very unique way. Joshua made the complex SIMPLE and gave me great peace of mind with my transactions. Actually he serves GF and customer equally well which is rare and certainly a formula for success. Kudos to Grow Financial.

  After my dad's passing I had the pleasure of meeting LaBresha Jenkins, Relationship Specialist, who helped me with converting my dad's financials into my name since it was in a family trust. She was very polite, patient and helpful. Thank you Grow Financial for all your help during this difficult time!

  Grow has a big problem with holding half my (paycheck ) that’s a horrible thing to do to a hard working Dad of 5! I work paycheck to paycheck and had way to many holds for me to trust this Credit Union with my paycheck! GROW WILL NEVER TOUCH My PAYCHECK AGAIN!!

  Friendly staffing. I would suggest that the hierarchy might educate its employees about what a properly executed, binding, durable power of attorney means and the vested authority of it's delegated agent. My mother is in a medical center. One of her credit cards might be missing. I presented the original Durable POA and ID card to a Grow employee, asking for help. She could not put a temporary freeze on the account. She politely asserted her duty to not recognize the legality of my request to view account transactions to determine if there was unusual activity or to look for information that could stop possible credit card fraud. Significantly, the only thing she could do was submit a copy of the POA and credentials to a lawyer and was restrained from including a note of urgency upon my request. But she did it with a smile. That was 2 days ago. This morning I contacted the larger branch downtown but got nowhere.

  $800 stolen from account after card was cancelled! Card was cancelled as an unscrupulous person threatened to take money from it. Turns out this "Credit Union" doesn't care. Put your money in a bank - it is a whole lot safer and will protect you from those trying to steal your hard-earned money. Lots of banks in St. Petersburg that care about their customers.

  As a member of this credit union since 1987, I have tolerated many instances of less than 5 star behavior and policies. However, a most recent event went beyond toletanle. On Friday, March 5th, I presented a $9,000.00 cashier's check from Wells Fargo for deposit. After the teller took the check for deposit and presented me with the receipt, did she explain that only $2,000 will be released the following Monday , another portion on Wednesday, and the remainder a week after deposit. Had she said this before accepting the check, I simply could have driven a few blocks, cashed the check immediately at Wells Fargo and returned with cash. Upon my objection, j had to sit another 20 minutes to be told that the manager would do me a favor and release more of the check on Monday and a portion on Wednesday. The arrogance of a branch manager to be continuing this absurd policy of deciding when a cashier's check should be available. Sounds like it's time to get my divorce from this institution and move to Wells Fargo.

  I had to open a new account and they were super quick and everyone was very friendly. Marita even helped me to set up the apps on my phone to manage my cards!
