  Envoy is great. They really cared about us all the way through the home buying process. Kasandra went above and beyond to make it as easy and stress free as possible, even though we made it hard for her 😄 I just know every time she asked us to send in pay stubs and bank statements she had to go home and make a drink.   Katie McManus was AMAZING to work with! She was ALWAYS available when we needed her, and she was knowledgeable, clear, and direct but also very understanding and patient throughout the process! A friend who is a mortgage loan officer in another state suggested choosing the loan officer (and institution) recommended by our realtor, and Katie and Scarlet Tavone were the most amazing pair to work with. This was our 4th time going through the home loan process, and it was the best by far!
