State Employees’ Credit Union Reviews

Precious Williams1I will be removing my funds from my account immediately! The bs that they made me go through today was very discriminatory to say the least. I've already contacted my family to let them know how I was treated and they will be pulling their money as well.

Tamar Crawford1The worst SECU ever. They deserve no star!!! Woke up to go to work only finding out my car was towed. When I contacted them I was told my account is up to date but I did not share my insurance information with them. The cost to recover my car is $350. Seriously!! I asked if I could prove I had insurance if I had to pay the $350. I was told yes, someone has to pay it and it's not them. OK then, I called and paid the $350 and asked how I can get my car and was given a number I cannot reach. They themselves tried to reach the tow company and can't. Their response to this was "Well, the tow company gave us only one number" They promised to call me back with information and I'm yet to receive a call. These people are rude and have no regards for people. I am pregnant with my five year old and have to be hitching rides to get from point A to point B. They have received letter from my insurance company to prove I had insurance during the questioned period and got their payment and I'm still without a car and no one have any idea on how to get my vehicle. Very sick!!!

Morgan Vaughn1Manager refused to take my call. This bank also refuses to return 25$ NSF fee that was their computer issue. They refused to work to fix the situation and stole my money. You lost a long time and faithful customer.
