  It's so obvious Karen which is one of the ladies who does the interviews is Racist. If you are non white or not Hispanic dont let her interview you because she will not pass you.The other lady is a sweetheart and very genuine. She has glasses and alot of grey hair.Make sure if your not white or not Hispanic that one interviews you. Karen also blatantly trys to belittle her in front of people. Her negative energy is enough to make anyone leave the building.

  I was sitting by a chicken truck today and it was the most horrible cruelty and unsanitary conditions i have ever seen. The chickens were greatly suffering with mutilated flesh wounds, broken wings, wet, dirty, and covered in poop and gasping for air. There was so much poop it was running out of the truck and a horrible smell. It wasnt just a few of them in this cruel situation, it was all of them. The situation was so bad and unsanitary the chickens weren't safe for human consumption. Something needs to be done to fix this.

  Nice staff no complaints. They do have overnight and also have a truck stop in front with a scale. Cute little town

  Love the cafeteria food. Breakfast and lunch so good you better bring a hanky to wipe tears from your eyes. Broiled bbq leg quarters? Worth fighting through flying elbows to get one.

  Favoritism not understanding when your kids or sick . I'm non rehireable because I had to make sure my baby was ok in the hospital and my supervisor said she don't recommend me coming back but then you have people that leave for a whole month with no excuse and still have their job

  Most unprofessional place I've ever worked at, the plant is filled with drugs, employees go out and drink alcohol on lunch breaks, but on the plus side the superintendent on the breast trim department is very professional and deserves a better place. But other than that the whole place is horrible and needs to tighten up on there background checks and security.

  I applied for a job with Mountaire just a week ago and the hiring personnel were polite and professional. The atmosphere there was warm and inviting. I look forward to hearing back from them.

  They kinda tell you where to go, and don't tell you what to do. Drop and hook load, but wasn't told good instructions on where my trailer would be, and wasn't given any instructions after that. Place was crazy busy at 2200, and trucks clumsily parked everywhere in the way.

  Its not for everybody, unless you have a dependant you will find your check stubs shortened, its slavery work, none of the supervisors will help you if you have a problem, nor listen, they are rude, They basically expect you to know everything your first 15 mins there, the best way you will learn is by watching other people and even that doesnt work. The head of the company treats everyone like garbage, hes a fatcat, and all the others in upper positions dont give af about anybody nor do any work, they will treat you all like slaves and if you have a problem or have pride, they will chalk it down, i dont suggest this job, try smithfield, it would be more worth the money, worst job i ever had. Its a far drive, you gets no breaks at all, they are very breif, and you will come home sore every night, and no bengay or epsom salt will do the slightest help.
