      Don't bank with them if you not affliant. They are no help when it comes to service customers in a friendly matter. They simply don't care when it comes to your money they just care about theirs. Sadly I've been a member here since 2007. That should let you know how much they care. They don't return the loyalty back, no customers appreciation here.

      This SECU branch in Sanford NC, is ON IT!!! The service is always very fast, every associate is friendly and competent, and I have NEVER had a single problem or issue. Great banking!!

      Out of all the SECU i have ever used this is the worst. Two weeks the coin machine down. There is always a long line with 1/2tellers why? I used it because it closest to my work but now I'll just take my business to another branch then even step foot in the parking lot

      Each time I have been here each teller has been very helpful and polite. Each time I have called they have been very courteous and informative. Love this credit union.

      Jennifer is one of the rudest people answering the phone ever! Her customer service sucks and on top of that because I have a different last name then my brother I got to bring a lease or utility bill for a kid that just graduated from high school. Wow SMH this is horrible and I am disgusted.
