Derrick McCrae1Been banking with secu for 20 years, and by far, this was the worst branch I've been to. Purchased a money order to pay a bill at Harris teeter and found out I didnt need it anymore. Tried to deposit it back into my account but the teller lied and told me that they would have to place a hold on it. Keeping in mind that the amount is certified. She also stated that they received so many of them. It appears to me that something was off with their judgment and I'll leave it at that. Avoid this location. It's not for ethnic minorities 🙃

Erica Chambers1The staff was rude throughout the entire visit nor were they helpful. This one encounter makes me want to cancel my account with this bank. I’ve also tried contacting the branch manager however I’m continuously transferred to other facilities. I’m also being told there is no corporate number to call to file a complaint with.

Alyssa Swann1Terrible service on multiple occasions and only at this location. Not supportive of military families what so ever. I asked if i got get a form fax or emailed to me (due to being stationed across the US) because it was not available online and employee stated that no we must come to nc to get the form in person in the bank. An hour later i call another location and the employee there had it mail to me with in 5day. Then the second time ive had to call they the lady from vehicle loan was being rude and said so derogatory things on the phone (ms.Tracey)

Justin Tyson1Your personal information is not safe here. Had personal info which caused issues at my job. Thought confidentiality was number one rule at a bank. I guess the svp doesn’t really care, as he knew about it also.

Bradley Taylor1Twice now I’ve been made to feel uncomfortable when trying to apply for a small credit card consolidation loan. Went to another secu in another town adjacent and got the loan. Stop acting like your teaching me a lesson and acting overwhelmed when looking at my credit report. The reason I’m in there is for help and after everything still didn’t fall within their “guidelines”. My advice is to go somewhere where they I’ll really try and help you and not make you feel like you are begging for something. Everyone’s credit isn’t as spectacular as some, that’s the reason for the loan right.
