      I dont bank here but I have to go here a couple times a month and I just had to write and say how fantastic Dylan in the drive thru is. Always so helpful and PLEASANT. His level of service is always top notch.

      I have been a member with SECU for over 20 years. Well, apparently none of that matters. I have 17 years of positive payments with 6 different vehicle loans paid off with them. Apparently none of that matters. All that matters is "what are you doing for me now?". I was late by 3 days with one payment over $0.80...yes $0.80 cents and they have decided that my money is not longer good with them. Never had a single issue with them before. So, for this reason, I will be finishing off my current car loan and taking my 20 years of faithful business elsewhere. What an absolute disgrace.

      I wouldn't bank anywhere else. SECU is so much better than any bank I've ever used. Friendly people, I'm never in there too long, just hands down the best.

      The employees are always kind and friendly and willing to help. I was having some problems with taxes and Scott used his expertise and willingness to help me with my problem.
