  This is the worse bank I have ever been to. The people that work there are very lazy. Stood in line 30 minutes and when I get up to counter the lady wouldn't even help me fill out a deposit slip. I had to get out of line and figure it out then waited another 30 minutes. I guess you can't expect much from a bank that don't open until 10 and closes at 4

  Man i was there for an hour waiting to open a business account no body tried to help me or ask me why I’m waiting I left and went straight to Wells Fargo

  Well i deposited money into the atm last night and it still isnt on my account. I called this morning just for them to tell me that the atm malfunctioned and id have to wait 3 days to get my money that i need today. So now my wife is on her way up there to have am in person visit!!.....

  I have called for 3 weeks with no reply. I tried to e-mail and it was rejected. I understand if they close but they could still return messages from home. Who wants to work with a business that just disappears completely? It is very unprofessional and I do not trust BOA to be there for me.

  Why did they close their drive thru services?? Has being someone in a wheelchair/disabled community we really count on that service. It can take us longer to get out of the car and can be extremely difficult for us to get out and run in somewhere.

  Worst bank ever!! They never answer the phones and when I go to the location they are all just sitting and doing nothing. This place needs to shut down.

  Find another bank for your home mortgage etc. Sweet words & cheap service. Do your research!!! I know things come up, but I made an application in good faith and deserve to know something. The whole ordeal was colossal waste of my time and left me feeling mystified, in limbo and wondering, what happened??? To this day I still don't know. Bottom line: If you value your time, beware, this company seems to have a huge communication problem.

  Usually decent but whats the point of a banking center that's barely open . They use covid as an excuse not to stay open til 5 . It only proves that a banking center is not needed, especially this one

  Impossible to speak to someone on the phone at this location, or make an appointment this branch and the one time I waited for an hour and a half I saw a female and she was the most coldest prude woman whose face would break if she smiled!! No hello, no how are you and no thank you for your business! I've gone here 4 times to try to get a notary and either at lunch, on vacation, out sick or something else at all different times of the day and had to go way in long lines at the DMV.... And this is my bank that I let keep MY MONEY!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!
