  One of the best banks I have ever banked with out of all banks. I have never had a problem and if I did it got handled in an orderly fashion an was resolved immediately. The customer service is top notch and I would refer anybody to this bank especially first timers. 👌👌👌

  I have been in this branch at least 10 times and every time I come in, I am treated like a total inconvenience. The ladies are always unpleasant and rude. I dread going in here and only do out of necessity. I've had the same credit union for 15 years and have never been treated so poorly. Customer service at it's worst.

  I have used this branch of MEMCU for years and have always received prompt and courteous service. The location manager (Stephanie) has helped me out on several occasions and gone beyond and above any normal expectations! Thank you guys!!

  Horrible service from a woman with the name Stephanie very snobby has a bad attitude and didn't explain what I needed and ended up not being able to follow through with my needs I'm very disappointed in the way I was serviced by this woman wouldn't recommend anyone to talk to her or you'll get eyes rolled at you and huffing and puffing the others there are very nice..
