Friendly staff and knowledgeable, helpful in any way possible. I have not had 1 issue with them as well they make sure I get my money back if I have to dispute a charge and it's handled in a timely manner. Truly above and beyond. Never make me feel I have to rush through the line to speak to teller. And ya can't beat their interest rates they offer for loans of any kind, I made a great choice banking with SECU.

Loan officer Cash talked to me like I was a child. Didn’t approve my application. Went to another branch and it was approved. The rest of the staff were supper friendly.
