Angel Brooks1Definitely did not appreciate how I was treated. They gave poor service and the lady at the front desk her attitude was very disturbing.

Amber Herbst1Got approved for a credit card literally like a month ago, they said it would 7-10 business days I call like 3 weeks later like what is happening for a different branch to tell me that they never even processed the card to be shipped out, had to re apply. Then they told me they would waive the $15 rush fee since I had to wait so long. Then proceed to tell me oh they actually can’t, so I’m charged the fee, it gets sent to my old address, so I had to change my address and get the card sent out AGAIN now I have wait a few more days. And still had to pay $15 for it to be sent to the wrong address. Come on guys, charging a fee when it’s your fault???

Shakillia Tate5I dealt with a branch in Lexington where I met with an employee in person to add my sister as an authorized user on my credit account and was told this was something that NCSECU couldn't do for me. I was taken aback by this and called member services and was directed to this branch. Apparently the information I was given was incorrect. Thank you Alec for clarifying everything for me on the phone and being so quick to help. Thank you Ian. You were extremely helpful and fulfilled my request in less than five minutes. I don't know what was going on with the other bank but you and Alec are enough to give this branch five stars. Thank you for helping me and I highly recommend this branch to others.

God Hidden44115Best Bank in America staff is always nice and polite with smiles on there faces. Plus they have best rates on everything. I got a loan for a car with no $$$ down and low payments. They also give you good advice and work with you on financing a vehicle. I highly recommend SECU anywhere
