However there are few times you get someone who not only meets your expectations but goes far and beyond. That is my forever Rep Keri. She not only blew me away and made our dreams come true about getting our first home but has done tremendous work on getting me and wife car loans. I promise you that all my friends and family will know about her. As you and I know, the number one way to grow a business is Referrals “People telling People” about their experiences.

Rose Use1I went in a couple of weeks ago to cash an insurance check. I did not have a problem cashing the check that was a little over $2,000. The second time I went to cash another check, the teller, Natalie Pearson, stated that they needed to put a hold on the check. The teller beside her, Jara Jones, said that they put a hold on checks that are over $500. This is a lie because I did not have a problem cashing the first check for around the same amount. Natalie could not give me a clear answer about the reason for holding the check. I called later and spoke to a manager. The money was released. This seemed to be RACIALLY motivated. I do not appreciate being treated like a criminal when I visit this bank frequently, until this happened. I am moving my money to another bank.

Jeff Garner4Customer service is pretty good, but they lack some technology that is common among banks. For example, the LGCU does not offer mobile check deposit, or even an app.
