  I spoke with Jeff over the phone about my banking needs as well as my son and wife. Jeff was very helpful and easy to understand. It is uplifting to deal with someone who is down to earth and plain spoken as Jeff. Not mention his professionalism. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful!

  The Wesley Chapel Branch has complete Rock Stars working there. Of course I have to add Angie who is now at Mint Hill! Matt & Adam & Crystal , Jeff and all the others their need great applause for they have been there forever and I am forever grateful for their true customer care.. This branch is amazing and is filled with the best.. always add Angie from Mint Hill now. Thanks so much peeps for all you do !!! Julie B.

  I spoke initially with Matt and Adam- both are extremely pleasant. Yanna on the other hand not extremely helpful. Money is sensitive so anyone dealing with that info or of that nature at a credit union should possess that.

  Very friendly people. Low rates, honest policies. Highly recommend if you have the ability to get an account. They have Fat Cat and Zard accounts (fat cat is for younger kids) and Zard is for teenagers. Great way to teach kids money management. Only $1 per month for a checking fee, much better than other banks

  The staff was very nice. Im from Lexington NC and they made my trans'actions so easy. All. of them were very polite. The best bank ever. Thank you so much.

  Worse bank ever! Went for a loan and not sure what system they use to pull credit however most of the items they asked about was paid and closed more than a year ago. I also pulled my report from my myfico app and they all said closed. Told them i could provide proof as well. They denied the loan. Went over to Bank of America guess what approved with a lower rate and more money then asked for. BOA did not see any of those items SECU claimed was on my report. This place is BS!

  On today when I visit this location about some transection that was done on my account I couldn't get a answer, an was treated very badly and unprofessional by an employee Adam "said to me why was I charged the fees" but when I talked to Jeff the manager at this location his answer was that Adam was new employee. That's horrible and very unprofessional when he should have took full responsibility for this his employees action. An not one time he apologize to me about the situation an I asked him about the charges refuse to do anything about the situation either.

  My home branch is Indian Trail. Jeff, the Branch Manager, is excellent, and always willing to help in any way possible. They get answers and action very quickly.

  I love the employees at this branch! They are always friendly, helpful and attentive, nothing like their sister branch in Monroe.
