      The best branch in western North Carolina hands down. The man that assisted us deserves a raise for his professionalism and answering every single question we had. From how quick he was to help us do what we needed done to his humor we enjoyed going to the bank, whom else can say they enjoy going to the bank? Thank you for your help, whenever I can remember his name I'll edit this post. Nathan Wards the name, went today and it was exceptional service from him as always.

      Great bank and great people. I love that they close at 5:30P.M unlike other banks. Also, 2 times per year you are allowed a 0 overdraft fee. Not to mention their overdraft fee is only $12. I love this bank and their branches. Cashpoints and cash deposits are amazing.

      Traditional/large corporate banks can't even come close to the credit union. I've been with them for 15 years and will continue to be a customer. You won't be treated like just an account number as a member. They take your history with them into account on a personal level when making decisions to loan you money. They are there to help you and seem to take pleasure in that fact. Rates are very hard to beat and all their fees are low if any. They love emergency services people and do all they can for you, from simple retirement savings accounts, to home mortgages.

      I use the atm at this bank . It gave me less money that what I requested when I confronted the teller they would not help me they say I have to get my bank to make a report and fight for it.also they never closed atm to be fixed they kept letting customers use it knowing the machine was not giving correct amount they say they don't charge to use atm that's on if you are a member if you are not you have to pay $1 whatch out people they will they will ripe you off
