  Horrible experience will be contacting corporate, was told my check was “fraudulent” even though she gave my check back to me any protocol with banks I know they’re not suppose to give back a fraudulent check and are suppose to contact local authorities sadly the ladies didn’t want to do their job and verify the check from the bank it came from. Absolutely disgusted by the way they handle this transaction with me today.

  I personally deal with Brad at this branch but everyone in the office is very professional and all around amazing to work with. I have never been dissatisfied with SECU. They truly go above and beyond to help you in any situation. I will forever be a member and encourage others to do so.

  SECU is one of the best Credit unions ever! However avoid the Greene Street branch, very poor customer service in that branch. Unhelpful and arrogant bank clerks! The cashiers are lovely though!! It’s a shame, I’ve been here a few times ( I usually use Winterville, THE BEST) and I always leave upset........I’ll not be using this branch again.

  NCSECU is, by far, THE GREATEST BANK there has ever been. Check their track record. The most satisfied account holders and less discrepancies than any other bank I have conducted business with. I've been trusting them with my finances for over 10 years WITHOUT ISSUE. There are individuals who are extremely sensitive when it comes to the fruits of their labor (rightfully so) and when any obstacle occurs, may assume their money is being mismanaged (once again, they have the right to feel as such), but there can always be a smooth and peaceful resolution with NCSECU💃 👍😀👍!

  Its a great bank haven't had a bad experience with this bank. The other i had trouble with my money been misplaced at times.

  I must admit, like all of the state employee credit unions, I've never had a bad experience with the staff. No matter what issues or assistance that i needed.
