      Worst experience.opened the account and its almost a month. No any ATM card dispatched yet. Closed the account today...never again

      Uhm... they keep the doors locked during business hours, You have to knock on the door to get someone’s attention and talk to you through the glass of the door asking what you want and come up with reason to not service you. Ooooo...kkkaaayyy then this lady comes and stands in the parking lot until I drive off. My phone’s camera is messed up so will have to take a pic next time. Btw, I am dressed very professionally with straight hair and makeup so I don’t think it’s appearance unless they are racist.

      They stared at me at the door for over 5 minutes before they approached to speak to me through a locked door and yes it was during hours of operation. They never unlocked the door to greet me just asked me what I wanted through the door. I believe it was based on appearance. Smh
