  Gabriel sold a generator out from under me when I tried to prepay for it he said it wasn't necessary. I drive over an hour here and he tells me they sold it and they didn't have anything close to make it right. Awful awful way to run a business and Gabriel needs something done because that was straight up Bs.

  I love American Pawn Superstore. Everytime I come someone opens the door for me, greets me and ask if I need help. Kaycee Brown is who I always look for to help me because he never gets tired of all the questions I have. He always has a positive attitude and makes me want to come back.

  Robert was awesome, he did a great job getting me hooked up with the PS4 I purchased, if I ever need anything else from a pawn shop I'll definitely be going back to see him!!

  If you're trying to sell musical equipment, venture somewhere else. Better luck online, like Craigslist, or through the hassle of Guitar Center. You'll be taken as a fool with the low-balling prices they offer on high end, great condition equipment. Tried to sell a 4x12 speaker cab that originally cost $300, they offered $50 at most like i was an idiot. Of course, their deals on most other stuff is usually fair, music equipment, not so much.

  We came to American Pawn Superstore frustrated from a previous store we went to, and to our surprise this place is amazing !!!! From the young lady at the front door welcoming us in (opening and closing the door) to the professional Anita that assisted us with our purchase was super kind and professional! Your staff is amazing !!!

  Bought a ring as a surprise Valentine's gift. The ring was really big and I didn't know my girlfriend's size. So the sales lady told me she could size it for free to a size 7 which is average she said, so I said ok. Well it didn't fit. My girlfriend is a size 7 1/2. So when I took it back to get it sized, she charged me because she said they charge to upsize it but not to downsize. So had she told me that from the get go, I wouldn't have let her make it smaller till I knew my girlfriend's size. Ugh! Not a happy customer.

  Today I took a friend who doesn’t speak English, so she wanted to sell some jewelry that she thought were Silver. A hispanic guy treated us very kindly ... but a black man, i guess was his superviser, came to check the jewelry and he said that was all trash.. I think the black man thought I did not speak English ... I think it was an attitude and a rude comment ... he should learn to treat the public

  My husband and I visited the store to buy a laptop and mini fridge today. We received stellar customer service from all the staff. Ask for Baylee, she helped us find exactly what we needed for a fair price. We will be returning customors. Thanks Baylee!!
